Science & Nature - Animal Small Orangutan

Plastic hand‑painted replica of an orangutan.

Orangutans are great apes native to the rainforests of Borneo and Sumatra, where they spend most of their lives high in the forest canopy.

They are known for their reddish‑brown fur, long arms, and remarkable intelligence, often using tools to help them forage.

Orangutans primarily eat fruit, but their diet also includes leaves, bark, insects, and occasionally small vertebrates.

This detailed model captures the orangutan’s expressive features and gentle posture, making it ideal for learning, display, or imaginative play.
